Distance Sales Contract

Parties

This contract is concluded electronically between the SELLER and the BUYER through the BUYER's email address and/or the website www.ugurkayisi.com.

Seller Information

Buyer Information

The buyer's name, surname, delivery address, billing address, phone number and email address are the information provided by the BUYER during the order.

Subject of the Contract

The type, quantity, brand/model, color and sales price of the goods/services are determined according to the product(s) selected by the BUYER during the order. The sale of the product(s) is carried out at the sales price following the BUYER's order confirmation.

General Provisions

The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that they have read and obtained information about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the product(s) on www.ugurkayisi.com and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

The Pre-Information Form and this contract must be read and approved by the BUYER before electronic confirmation.

If the delivery of the ordered product(s) becomes impossible, unless the SELLER has started to fulfill their contractual obligations, the SELLER shall cancel the order and refund the collected amount to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest.

Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) days from the delivery of the goods to them or to the person/organization at the specified address. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER by fax, email or phone within this period.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the BUYER must return the goods to the SELLER within 10 (ten) days from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the SELLER. The return shipping cost is borne by the BUYER.

With the withdrawal notice made before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the invoice amount shall be refunded to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days by the SELLER.

Warranty

The sold goods/products are covered by warranty in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related regulations.
