Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery Time

Your orders are handed over to the carrier within 3 (three) business days following payment confirmation. The carrier's delivery time is approximately 1-4 business days. The total delivery time is generally between 3-7 business days.

For wire transfer/EFT payments, the order is processed after the payment reaches our account. This period is generally 1-2 business days.

Shipping

Shipping is free for orders of 500 TL and above. For orders under 500 TL, the shipping fee is the amount stated in the order summary.

Your orders are sent to your delivery address via the carrier. The tracking number will be sent to your email address when your order is shipped.

Return Conditions

You may return the product by exercising your right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. The returned product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer. The product price shall be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days following the receipt of the withdrawal notice.

Due to the nature of food products, returns of opened or consumed products are not accepted for health and hygiene reasons. For unopened and unused food products, returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects or damaged shipment.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product during delivery, you may refuse to accept the product by having a report prepared by the carrier official, or share the situation with us as soon as possible. Replacement or refund of damaged or defective products will be provided by us.
