Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of receiving and delivering orders, processing payments, fulfilling legal obligations, conducting customer service processes, ensuring site security and carrying out marketing activities.

Your data is processed within the scope of the conditions for processing personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Your personal data may be shared with shipping companies, payment service providers, our e-commerce infrastructure provider and authorized public institutions and organizations as required by legal obligations.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically/abroad, request correction if incomplete/incorrectly processed, request deletion/destruction within the conditions of Article 7, request notification of these to third parties, object to a result against you arising from automated analysis, and request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
